With our simple return policy, you can buy with assurance. If you're not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can replace it using the following procedure:
- Within 14 days of purchase, any unopened or unused product can be returned for a full refund or replaced with proof of purchase.
- Within14 days of purchase, opened or used products that are defective in any manner may be returned at the store manager's discretion with evidence of purchase.
- Customers who make in-store purchases must return them to the retailer.
- Online purchases will be picked up by our courier when a return is recorded on our website.
- Every deviation from its original state, such as an opening or broken outer seal, is referred to as "opened" or "used."
- Customers who are trading in items have access to our whole inventory.
- A prior return that is not in its original condition is not covered by our satisfaction guarantee.

Please be aware that there is no reimbursement for the initial delivery fees.
After we get the items, Miss smoo will promptly reimburse your payment using the original payment method, but no later than five working days. - It may take five to seven business days for your card provider to credit your account after your refund has been processed
- Refunds are only available to the original payment method used for the order.
- Once we receive the returned items and any supporting documentation, we will refund or resend.
- Refunds for credit cards may take two to ten days to appear in your account. (Reliant upon the bank.)
- Refunds from PayPal may not appear in your account for three to seven days.

We do not reimburse the first delivery costs.
There isn't a service fee, but you will be paying for the return shipment.
