Domestic shipping within South Africa is free for orders above ZAR 550 and takes 1–5 business days. For orders under R550, delivery costs R85.

cost: In rare situations, for high-risk/outlaying areas, the couriers may impose a cost; this surcharge will be communicated with the customer, and the surcharge must be paid by the customer.
If courier has failed to reach the customer for delivery: In cases where the courier and Miss Smoo attempt to contact the customer to schedule delivery but the customer fails to reply on time, the order is returned to our warehouse, and the cost of re-issuing the parcel is charged to the customer.

You need to bring your confirmation email with you when you pick up your item. Collections are only available during our physical shop's operational hours.
Monday-Sunday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
You have ten business days to collect your order. After this time, it will be deemed void, and your order will be revoked.
